Why do people travel?

People travel for different purposes. In the past, People travelled only for visiting their friends and relatives. By the advent of motor vehicles, people began to travel long distance to see places of interest.

People travel because they want to learn new things like culture. They want to see the difference be- tween their culture and other cultures. For them, traveling is a great learning experience.
